
As the ADM Tigers softball team is at midpoint of their season, they sure have been playing some great games being played as of late. Freshman Lauren Hagedorn and junior Cameran Smith has been the top two starting pitchers this season. Freshman Lauren Hagedorn has a 1-2 record with a 1.11 Earned Run Average with 47 strikeouts on the season. Junior Cameran Smith has a 4-0 record with a 2.51 Earned Run Average while striking out 24 batters heading into this past Saturdays games in the Dennis Johnson Classic at North Scott High School. Freshman Lauren Hagedorn leads the Tigers with hits with 24, 20 of those being singles and 2 doubles and 2 Home Runs on the season. Senior Addison Banse leads the ADM Tigers team in Home Runs with four this season.
The ADM Tigers softball team is going to have another busy week with softball games. Today they will host the Gilbert Tigers in a Raccoon River Conference regular season matchup at the ADM Softball field with a first pitch at 7:30 pm. On Tuesday June 13th they will host the Ballard Bombers at the ADM Softball field with a 6:00 pm. On Wednesday June 14th they will host the Boone at 7:30 pm in a Raccoon River Conference regular season matchup. On Thursday June 15th they will travel to Carroll to take on the Carroll Tigers in a Raccoon River Conference regular season matchup with 7:30 pm first pitch. On Friday June 16th the ADM Tigers will play in Day 1 of Roland-Story Kiwanis Softball tournament. In their first game Friday they will play Solon Spartans at 3:30 pm and in their second and final game on day 1 will be against the Perry Jayettes at 5:30 pm. On Saturday June 16th the ADM Tigers will play two games in Day 2 of the Roland-Story Kiwanis Softball Tournament. In their first game Saturday they will play Mount Vernon at 1:00 pm and they will play their second and final game of the day against Benton at 5:00 pm. The next ADM softball broadcast K1079 – KKRF will be on Tuesday June 13th when the ADM Tigers host the Ballard Bombers at the ADM Softball Field, first pitch at 6:00 pm.
