Dallas Center-Grimes baseball and softball teams continue their winning streaks against a conference opponent Monday night.

Starting with the baseball team they defeated the Pella Christian Eagles by a score of 6 to 2 in game 1 of a doubleheader and run ruled them in game 2. The Mustangs are now on an eight game winning streak and improve their conference record of (11-3) which is tied with Indianola for first place in the conference. Their overall record is now (18-5).

The Mustang softball team also takes care of business against Pella Christian in a doubleheader with a 8 to 0 win in game 1 and they put together big innings in the fifth and sixth in game 2 to beat the Eagles 8 to 3 in game 2. They are also chasing Indianola for the top spot in the conference as their tied . Mustangs have a (12-2) conference record and a (20-4) overall record and on nine game winning streak.
