7:44am: The Cobblestone Inn reported a Suspicious Suitcase in the parking lot at 771 Wild Rose Lane. The officer checked the contents and located only clothing. It appeared someone had accidentally left it there.
8:37am: Brent Goughnour reported a Stray Dog in the 600 Block of West Madison Street. The officer did not locate the reported animal in the area.
10:07am: Landus Coop requested a Welfare Check on a subject, who had not showed up for work for several days. The officer spoke to the subject on the phone and he advised he was fine.
11:54am: A therapist requested an officer near Elm and Central for a Suicidal Subject. The officer transported the male to ER to be evaluated by a doctor.
12:03pm: A caller requested an Animal Welfare Check on dogs in a fenced yard in the 500 Block of South Locust Street. There were no dogs present in the fenced area when the officer arrived. The officer is working to speak to the owner of the animals.
2:58pm: A Postal Employee advised of an aggressive dog in the 500 Block of South Cedar Street. The officer spoke to the owner of the animal and changes will be made to end the issue.
4:41pm: An officer spoke to a subject in the 600 Block of South Vine Street after dispatch received a 911 Hang Up call. It was an accidental dial.
5:08pm: Ben Herridge advised of a Scam Call he had received. Caller ID showed the call was from Africa. The officer advised him to block the number.
5:12pm: Paul Oyres reported the Theft of a Bicycle from 205 South Walnut Street.
5:45pm: The Wild Rose Casino reported a subject at 777 Wild Rose Lane, who had signed a Self-Exclusion Form in the past. The officer issued Andrew Pruett of MO. A citation for, ‘Trespass – Simple.”
8:16pm: A Traffic Stop Elm and Lincoln Way Streets resulted in Logan Taylor of Yale being cited for, “Fail to Obey Stop Sign.”
8:23pm: Dixie Marlow spoke with an officer about a Civil Issue with a roommate. She was advised to evict the subject legally from her apartment.
9:10pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Reed resulted in Gabe Ebersole being issued a citation for, “Dark Windows.”
