The Adel Public Library will be getting teenagers involved with painting later this week. 

Patron Services Manager Amy Puck says that they will have a professional artist Olivia Osborn, from Adel,  present a program called “Teen Canvas Painting” from 4 to 5:30pm on Thursday. Puck says that Osborn is a very talented artist that will arrange a fun and exciting program. 

“She is responsible for the mural in our new programming craft room down by the fireplace. So she will provide canvases and all of the paint, and talk about beginning painting. You can take these home, but she’ll be teaching different painting techniques.”

This event is free and supplies and snacks will be provided, but registration is required.
