The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn High School Girls Softball Team punched their ticket to the state tournament for the third time in a row. 

The Tigers went (24-12) in the regular season and finished third in the Raccoon River Conference and grabbed the second seed in the Class 4A Substate 2 bracket. They defeated Storm Lake in the semi-final game by a score of 12 to 4 and Dallas Center-Grimes in the substrate finale by a final score of 3 to 1 to clinch their state berth. 

Now the ADM softball team will take on the Fort Dodge Dodgers at 3:30pm on Monday at the Harlan Roger Sports Complex in Fort Dodge. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you live coverage.
