The Adel Family Aquatics Center will invite the public for a night of fun at the end of this week.

The “Splash Bash,” will go on from 6 to 8pm on Friday at the Adel Family Aquatic Center. Aquatics Supervisor Ramona Dillinger says they had this event in June, and decided to bring it back later into the summer. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio the event gives attendees a chance to bring pool equipment that is usually not allowed at the aquatic center.

“So the ‘Splash Bash,’ they’re able to come in and bring floaties so they can bring inner tube floaties, they can bring pool noodles in. They can bring in those kinds of things. But no really big super floaties that can be out there that people use on lakes.”

This event will be free and open to the public. Click the link below for more information.
