The Dallas County Board of Supervisors met on Tuesday. 

The Board approved  items dealing with the Administration Building Project ,and they awarded the framing and drywall bid to Allied Construction for the amount of $2.5 million dollars along with the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning bid went to Waldinger Corporation for the cost of $2.9 million dollars. They also approved the designations of financial institutions to the depositories of the Dallas County funds for the year of 2023 as presented. 

They did not take action on the City of Waukee voluntary annexation within the urbanized City of Adel limits near 300th Street and T avenue for informational purposes. The Board did not take action on the  public information and communication workshop for further review of a potential job description of a  communications county position. Additionally, the Board did not take further action on turning the  conference room 202 in the courthouse into a museum/work room for further review.
