The Perry City Council recently approved site construction plans for a new Casey’s General Store. 

City Administrator Sven Peterson says that this store would be located in the industrial park on the east side of Perry. Peterson explains that the store has plans to take one of the front lots near Highway 141 and Willis Avenue. He tells Raccoon Valley Radio that this new location will be valuable for the City of Perry. 

“I think that will be a great asset, not only to people coming in and out of town right there, but also the users and employees of the industrial park, especially as we see more and more presence in the industrial park with deliveries coming and going. I think that’ll be a great location.”

Peterson adds that this would be the third Casey’s General Store location in Perry.
