The ADM Junior Cross Country athlete Torin Timmerman ranks 20th as a individual in Iowa Class 3A Boys Cross Country. The ADM boys cross country team was ranked 9th in this weeks pre-season rankings, which was on Tuesday.. The ADM Cross Country team will be coached by Josh Chapman this season. Here are the returning players from last years state meet team: Junior Torin Timmerman, senior Hunter Landphair, junior Isaac Chapman, junior Keegan Holdmeyer and senior Sam Peters. Junior Shay Holdmeyer was their #2 runner last year but had a season ending injury early in the season but had a great spring and is going to be healthy this fall. The ADM cross country team will be bringing back some good JV guys also returning this season: Sophomore Griffin Messer, sophomore Grayson Sutter, junior Nathan Scanlan, sophomore Henry Krug, sophomore Robbie Hall and senior Tom Hook. The first ADM boys cross country meet will be Saturday August 26th at Prairie High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. That meet will start at 9:15 am.
