
The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow night.
The Council will consider for approval the third reading to amend an ordinance to increase yard waste site fees from $1 to $3 and yard waste stickers from $1 to $2, the second reading to amend an ordinance to correlate any increase in building permit fees that the International Residential Code increases, and the first reading to amend an ordinance to reduce the speed limit from 35 to 25 miles per hour from Linwood to Grimmell Road.
Additionally, the Council will consider hiring a police officer, a resolution to establish dog park fees, a resolution to install a street light on the south end of Riverside Drive, and the third change order for the Wastewater Treatment Plant improvement project. The Council will also consider approving the quarterly funding request for Greene County Development Corporation.
