2:21am: Ashley Spaulding requested an officer at 301 East Madison Street, for an argument occurring with her husband. The officer mediated the issue and the male left for the evening.
7:48am: April Olson reported a possible No Contact Order Violation. The officer is investigating.
7:58am: A caller advised of a Parking Violation near Russell Park. The officer spoke to subjects at Russell Park, who corrected the issue.
7:59am: Mollie Eslinger spoke with an officer in connection to a Civil Property Issue occurring at 1000 West Adams Street.
10:13am: Mary Ambrose reported a Stray Dog running near 508 North Elm Street. The officer did not locate the reported animal.
12:56pm: Charla Grote requested a Welfare Check on a subject in the 200 Block of South West Street. The officer made contact with the subject, who was fine.
4:10pm: An officer investigated a Backing Accident at 106 West Washington Street. A 2018 Volkswagen Atlas, owned and operated by Amanda Chapman of Jefferson, was parked in the lot. Chapman advised a vehicle backed from another parking spot, struck her vehicle, and drove away. She provided the officer with the registration number of the other vehicle involved. The officer located the truck, a 1997 Ford F150, owned and operated by Richard Smith of Jefferson. The vehicles had corresponding damages from the accident. The Chapman vehicle had a reported $250.00 in damages, while the Smith vehicle suffered $100.00 in damages.
4:14pm: An officer checked on a subject in the 100 Block of South Grimmell Road, who had called 911. The subject was fine and needed no further assistance.
5:45pm: Dispatch advised of an Open 911 Call from 609 South Olive Street. The officer checked and determined it was an accidental dial.
7:20pm: Lindsey Scheuermann reported catching a Stray Cat at 404 South Vine Street. The officer placed the cat in the Animal Holding Facility.
8:22pm: A caller advised on a possibly Intoxicated Driver in Jefferson. The officer did not locate the reported vehicle.
