Aug. 22

Connor McFall, La Fayete, GA, was driving on I80 near the 105 mile marker, when he attempted to merge into a construction area.  However, another vehicle was in the way and this caused Mr. McFall to strike a DOT arrow sign with the side of his truck, knocking the side mirror off.  Mr. McFall pulled over and waited for Law Enforcement to arrive.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. McFall’s vehicle was estimated at $750.  Damage to the DOT sign was estimated at $500.

Mario Romero, Perry, was traveling in the 20000 block of Minburn Road when his vehicle dropped off the edge of the pavement.  This caused Mr. Romero to lose control and enter the ditch, rolling the vehicle.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $4000.  Mr. Romero was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and Failure To Maintain Control.

Aug. 23

Christopher Hidlebaugh, age 31, 1618 Willis Ave, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Under Suspension.
