
Dallas Center-Grimes volleyball collects two wins on the road over the weekend.
The Mustangs went to Carroll for the Carroll Invitational Tournament on Saturday to play four matches. Their first match against West Marshall went well for the Mustangs as they won the first two sets to win by a score of (21-8, 21-7). Then the Mustangs fell in two matches to Clear Creek Amana. Finally, Dallas Center-Grimes defeated Mount Pleasant by two sets (21-11, 21-10) to close the tournament. DCG has a record of (5-2) on the season.
The Mustang Volleyball Club will be back on the court against a Newton for the conference matchup on Wednesday at the Dallas Center-Grimes Meadow Gym in Grimes.
