
Friday, August 25th
6:26am: Sanitation workers reported an Open Door at 116 North Wilson Ave. The officer contacted a Keyholder, who arrived and secured the business.
1:00pm: Gary Evans spoke with an officer in connection to a Civil Issue occurring at 502 East Clark Street.
4:10pm: An officer began an investigation after a vehicle struck a Stop Sign at 220th and Elm Streets. The officer had identified the vehicle and is working to speak to the
owner. The DOT was advised and replaced the sign.
5:03pm: A caller requested a Welfare Check on subjects at 1308 Ferguson Circle #8, after hearing an argument occurring. The officer spoke to all subjects in the apartment and learned it was a Verbal Argument only.
3:19pm: Jeremy Kelly spoke with an officer in connection to a Civil Issue with a vehicle. The officer advised he should speak with an attorney.
7:21pm: Payton Davis reported a Stray Cat near 401 South Wilson Ave. The officer did not locate the animal.
7:51pm: An officer responded to an Alarm Activation at 1805 North Elm Street. The business was secure.
8:56pm: A Traffic Stop at Vine and Clark Streets resulted in Franklin Aguilar of Jefferson being cited for, “Fail to Have a Valid Driver’s License.”
9:57pm: Britney Hagar found a Stray Dog south of Jefferson. She met an officer at the Animal Holding Facility and the officer placed the dog there.
11:24pm: An officer advised subjects at Daubendiek Park that the park was closed. The group went on their way.
Saturday, August 26th
7:57am: A caller advised that subjects had moved Public Works Traffic Cones to their driveway to hold Garage Sale signs. The officer spoke to the subjects, who placed the cones back where they came from.
11:04am: Amanda Chapman reported she had struck a mailbox near Elm and Grauer Streets, while sneezing. The mailbox and car both received minor damages. Chapman was issued a Citation for, “Fail to Maintain Control.”
5:34pm: Carolyn Pauley requested an officer to advise a subject he was not welcome at 702 South Locust Street, if he was located there. The officer did not locate the subject at the residence.
8:03pm: Tina Peck requested an officer to go to 306 West Reed Street, for her to surrender her (2) dogs to PAWS. The officer advised Peck she would need to speak to PAWS workers to complete the surrender, if they agreed.
Sunday, August 27th
12:15am: A Traffic Stop near 220th and Elm Streets resulted in Daryl Agent of Ogden to be cited for, “Fail to Have a Valid License.”
12:20am: Doc’s Stadium requested an officer at 113 North Chestnut Street, to remove a subject from the bar. The subject left on foot before the officer arrived.
12:43am: An officer responded to an Alarm Activation at 1207 North Elm Street. The business was secure. A keyholder arrived and determined that Balloons were moving and set off motion sensors.
10:34am: An officer assisted with a Medical Call in the 500 Block of North Chestnut Street.
4:25pm: An officer was called to a residence in the 300 Block of North Chestnut Street, for a reported Suicide Attempt in Progress. The officer arrived and mediated with the subject and EMS was called to transport them to ER for an Evaluation.
10:19pm: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 100 Block of South Maple Street.
