UNIT 1, DRIVEN BY LUC VALENS NDAYISENGA WAS TRAVELLING SOUTHBOUND ON 1ST AVENUE IN A 2012 RED FORD EXPLORER, WHEN A LARGE ANIMAL RAN OUT IN FRONT OF HIM. LUC SWERVED TO MISS THE LARGE ANIMAL AND ENDED UP HITTING THE STOP SIGN, PROPERTY DAMAGE ONLY, NO INJURIES. ACCIDENT REPORT COMPLETED.
