Recently the Guthrie County Hospital (GCH) Surgery Department received a donation from the GCH Auxiliary.

Funds were donated to the surgery department to help cover the purchase of a new heavy duty utility cart to be used for transporting and storing clean/sterile instruments. Surgical Services Manager Kassie Kline says that they are thankful to the Auxiliary for the donation, as the old cart was in poor shape, and made frequent trips to plant operations for wheel repairs. Auxiliary President Danielle Lauzon says they were excited to help with the purchase, and that their goal is to support the different hospital departments in ways that directly impact patient experiences, and daily workflow for employees.
