Sept 8:
Received a report of a theft in the 2300 block of Willis Ave. Case under investigation.
Arrest: Mason Lorn Devilbiss Sholley, age 21, 104 Howard St.., Rippey was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrest: Christopher Thomas Irvin, age 34, 624 Willis Ave, Perry was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Sept 9:
Officers responded to the 1300 block of Willis Ave on a report of a theft. Case under investigation.
Sept 10:
Arrest: Marco Adrian Penafiel-Lopez, age 24, 1800 Grand Ave, Des Moines, lowa was taken into custody and charged with operating while intoxicated 1st offense.
Sept 11:
Arrest: A 15 years of age male from Perry was taken into custody and charged with a curfew
violation.
