Paton-Churdan plays volleyball three times this week and coach Makayla Spaar and her Rockets started the week by hosting non-conference opponent Colo-Nesco in Churdan. C-N won the match in straight sets by scores of 19-25, 18-25, 11-25.

Coach Spaar reports Mia Russell led the Rockets in kills with five and Grace Cullum was the assists leader at four. Cullum also had two ace serves. The Rockets fell to 0-3 on the season and 0-9 in sets while the Royals improved their season record to 4-7.

P-C plays a pair of Rolling Valley Activities Conference opponents this week with a trip to Exira-Elk Horn-Kimballton tonight, followed by a home match vs. Ar-We-Va (Westside) on Thursday. EEHK is 3-5 and AWV starts this week with no wins and five losses.
