The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday.
The Board approved a liquor license for The Traveling Nova LLC, then heard updates on Guthrie County Public Health, Environmental Health and the Transfer Station from Guthrie County Health Services Director Jotham Arber. Arber told the Board that an official annual report for the public health department would be on their website later in the year, and that they were working on updating their animal bite policy, while environmental health had two projects currently working on septic systems, and the Transfer Station has had similar tonnage in the last two months that they did at the same time last year.
The Board also approved payroll change notices for Emily Chapman-Olesen and Kathy Chalfant, along with the fiscal year 2022-23 CASH Annual Financial Report and to publish the report. Supervisor Board Chair Brian Johnson let the rest of the Board know that he wanted to hold a closed session on their regular meeting on September 26th to discuss some numbers with the Law Enforcement Center, and after some discussion, the Board decided to hold the closed session with just the Supervisors and Guthrie County Auditor Dani Fink.
