The Hometown Heritage at the Carnegie Library Museum in Perry has tickets available for a social event with traditional hispanic food and beverages.

The library museum invites the public to join them for an afternoon of trying two hispanic teas that include hibiscus and chai-infused horchata. They will be served alongside small courses of Mexican tea cookies, concha’s, and empanadas. Museum Librarian Candi Coffin says this event is for everyone to come and enjoy the company of others.

It’s a good time to socialize and try some new different cultures. Food, finger foods.”

Tickets are limited and cost $15 at the Carnegie Library Museum or the Perry Public Library.
