A Dallas Center man suffered serious injuries from a single vehicle crash over the weekend.

According to the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and Stuart Rescue responded to an all-terrain vehicle crash at 9:04am this past Saturday on Wagon Road.

The crash report shows 19-year-old Jack Winter was driving a Yamaha ATV on a trail through timber on private property north of Stuart, when he lost control and drove into a tree, totaling the ATV and suffering serious injuries. Winter was first treated at the scene and then was taken by air ambulance to Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
