The Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce hosted a  ribbon cutting for a new car wash in Adel on Thursday.

The ceremony was for Southbridge Superwash which is located on Common Place Street in Adel. Southbridge Superwash will supply people with vehicle washing services. Owner Robert Cramer says they wanted to bring a high quality car wash to the city of Adel. 

“We feel like this is kind of a unique brand. It’s called Oasis, and it’s a combination of both a wash bay, but then also a dry bay. It’s supposed to do a little better job of washing and a better job of drying. And so I think everybody will like it.” 

During the ceremony there was a long line of customers. Cramer said it was a good way to start.
