
The Greene County ISU Extension Office is starting up its recertification pesticide courses.
The first one is Forest, Aquatic and Right-of-Way commercial pesticide training program on Wednesday, October 18th from 9-11:30am. The class will cover personal protective equipment, safe handling of pesticides, storage of the chemicals and securing them, along with pest management. This is a Continuing Instructional Course (CIC) and the registration fee is $45 on or before Tuesday, and $55 for any walk-ins the day of.
