The Jayettes fell in three straight sets to the Fort Dodge Dodgers last night 3-0 in the first round of the Class 4A Region 3 district bracket. Perry fell in set number 1 after putting on a good show 25-16. They then fought tough in the second set but came up a little bit short against the Dodgers once again falling 25-19. Fort Dodge then sealed the deal in the 3rd and final set as they defeated the Jayettes winning 25-10.

The win advances the Dodgers in the district tournament, while it will end Perry’s season. For Perry, it was a great season but it will end here as Perry falls short in the first round.
