7:36am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 1000 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

12:00pm: The Sheriff investigated a burglary that occurred in the 400 block of South Wilson Street, Jefferson.

12:07pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 1800 block of 170th Street.

2:47pm: A deputy investigated a burglary to the Rippey Ball Field concession stand.

3:10pm: The Sheriff, deputies, and the Jefferson Police Department arrested Bryce Delaney 46 of Jefferson for theft 1st degree.

3:33pm: Bryce Delaney 46 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for theft 1st degree.

4:34pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1000 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

6:45pm: Cheri Collins 52 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

6:51pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of 250th Street.

7:19pm: A deputy investigated a scam in the 600 block of Dudley Street, Churdan.

7:40pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 2200 block of 170th Street. John Smith 52 of Jefferson was located in a vehicle in the ditch. Smith was arrested for operating while intoxicated 1st offense and failure to maintain control.

9:35pm: John Smith 52 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense and failure to maintain control.

9:36pm: The Sheriff and deputies assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a search warrant in the 300 block of South Locust Street, Jefferson. Stolen silver, gold, coins, and family heirlooms were recovered along suspected controlled substances.

11:00pm: The Sheriff and deputies assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a search warrant in the 1500 block of North Elm Street, Jefferson. Suspected controlled substances and drug paraphernalia were seized.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
