The Perry Bluejays will close out their regular season on the gridiron tomorrow night at home at Dewey Field as they take on the top ranked Creston Panthers. The Bluejays of course are coming off their big last second win last Friday night at home against Knoxville thanks to the right foot of Roberto Gomez as he hit the game winning field goal as time expired. Perry snapped their 6 game losing streak with the win.

They will go into the matchup against a Creston team that is 8-0 on the season and is top ranked in their district. They are coming off their 42-28 victory last week against the Nevada Cubs. Senior quarterback Cael Turner is one guy to keep an eye out on for if you are Perry. He has been a major force at the quarterback position all year. He has thrown for over 2,000 yards with 25 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. Senior running back Brennan Hayes is also a major threat in the backfield for Creston. He has rushed for over 1200 yards on the season and has average 8.4 YPC. These are two guys Perry must slow down to have any chance in this game tommorow.

It is also senior night for Perry tommorow. Perry will graduate 15 seniors tomorrow night. Jesse Rodriguez, Kevin Colin, Keegan Snyder, Drake Levan, and Egan Leber are among some of the graduating seniors that will be honored tomorrow. Big shoutout to all Perry senior football players on an incredible 4 years.

Kickoff will be at Dewey Field tomorrow night at 7:30. I will provide a final score update after the game on KDLS and on raccoonvalleyradio.com.
