Arrest: Steven Eugene Stanley, age 62, 411 W 1st St., Grimes, IA was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension, also arrested on two Polk County warrants one for failure to appear, original charge driving under suspension, and the second for an original charge of theft 5th degree.
