The Jefferson Rotary Club is hosting a live candidate forum for a couple of contested local elections.

The first forum will be held on Wednesday, October 25th for the four candidates running for two Jefferson City Council seats. The candidates include Matt Wetrich as an incumbent, along with three newcomers with Sue Bose, Chad Sloan and Trevor Wishman. The forum will be moderated by John Brunow at 7pm at the Greene County Elementary cafeteria. 

The other forum will be on Monday, October 30th for the three candidates running for two seats on the Greene County School Board. The candidates are all newcomers including Dylan McConnell, Connie Boyd, and Tim Riphagen. Rick Morain will be the moderator and the forum will be at 7pm also in the elementary school cafeteria. 

Both forums will allow for each candidate to introduce themselves, followed by questions from the moderator and then questions from the audience. Each forum will be one hour and they are free and open to the public.
