The Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension has a hands-on program coming up.

On November 4th, there will be four one-hour welding workshop sessions from 1-5pm at the Guthrie County Fairgrounds Education Center. It is required that participants wear jeans, long sleeved shirts and close toed leather boots or shoes. Participants will go over technical aspects and principles before designing their own recycled metal flower that they get to keep.
