According to Coach Randy Schrader, the ADM Tigers have experienced a decline in their physical style of play over the past two weeks. Coach Schrader clarified that it’s not that they aren’t physical, but they believe they can achieve more. Part of the reason behind this dip is a combination of confidence issues and a series of injuries that have impacted the team.

During the week, the team set a clear goal to return to the physicality that represents their standard and even surpass it. Coach Schrader emphasized the importance of setting the tone right from the start, stating, “We talked with offensive line film Saturday morning, and we just talked about getting out and setting the tone. I think the last two weeks, we haven’t done that.”

The team recognizes the significance of gaining momentum early in the game, as they rely on it to perform effectively. They’ve also faced some challenges with special teams play, which they acknowledge and are working on to fix. Coach Schrader added, “We’ve got to get off the ball; we’ve got to set the tone. We have not done a good job with that the last two weeks.”
