Today and tomorrow the Iowa High School Athletic Association and Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union will hold State Cross-Country races at Kennedy Park north of Ft. Dodge. Greene County junior Noah Hinote is the lone Ram runner that qualified and he’s entered in Saturday afternoon’s Class 3A boys’ race.
