The City of Stuart will begin preparations for winter starting November 1st.

Stuart’s snow ordinance runs from November 1st to April 1st each year, and helps to make sure that crews can effectively maintain roadways when it snows. The ordinance prohibits vehicles to be parked on public streets, alleys or city owned off street parking between 2-6am whenever there is active snowfall or when the public works department is actively removing snow.
