The Guthrie Center School Board is holding a special meeting tonight.

The Board will discuss long term capital project planning and the district certified enrollment review. They will also discuss upcoming dates, including election of school board members and consideration of the revenue purpose statement on the ballot for local elections on November 7th, the Iowa Association of School Boards delegate assembly and regular, annual and organizational meeting on November 15th, and the IASB Annual Convention on the 16th.

The Board will then consider the approval of bids for the high school HVAC project, and a contract recommendation to hire Sarah Sheeder as the assistant girls basketball coach. The meeting will begin at 7pm in the Adair – Casey / Guthrie Center High School Media Center. Raccoon Valley Radio will have results for the meeting later in the week.
