A reminder that tonight is the annual Greene County Pheasants Forever Banquet and Auction.

The event is at Clover Hall on the Greene County Fairgrounds in Jefferson and will start with a social time at 5:30pm. The meal is catered by Lidderdale Country Store at 7pm and the live auction will follow. Additionally, there will be several silent auction items and raffles taking place throughout the night.

President Kevin Devilbliss appreciates the support their fundraiser gets from the community.

“We have a really good relationship with a number of people and businesses in town that year after year, we can count on them to donate (to) us (with) really nice items or just simple items or the general raffle work too. We’re always looking for new people to donate. People say, ‘Well what do you need?’ It’s like, ‘You give me something I can make it work somewhere.’” 

Tickets are $55 per person, which includes an annual membership to Pheasants Forever, $70 for a couple, or $15 for anyone 16 and younger that must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
