The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday.

The Board will hear a construction update on the administrative building project, along with considering to approve the seventh pay application on the project, as well as other items such as a corner stone location, an elevator cab and surrounding finishes, among others. The Board will also consider approving a design engineering services agreement for River Oaks Phase 2, a resolution for a Paladin Properties wetland credit purchase request, and then a public hearing will be held at 9:30am on a 2024 fiscal year budget amendment. 

Additionally, the Board will consider the third reading to amend an ordinance for Chapter 9 records retention at 9:45am, followed by the second reading to amend an ordinance for Chapter 45 on zoning for C2 commercial at 10am. The Board will then hold a court space workshop, followed by a possible closed session for pending litigation. 

The meeting will take place in the Board of Supervisors Building at 9am.
