The Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach and Master Gardeners of Guthrie County are conducting a fun workshop next week.

The porch pot workshop will be hosted at the Farm Bureau Hall in Guthrie Center, and take place from 6-9pm on November 15th. Registration is required, and costs $25, which covers the price of materials that will be used. The Master Gardeners will provide pots, soil, fresh greenery and ribbons, and a variety of berries, sprigs and pine cones for decoration. Hors d’oeuvres will also be provided, so participants are welcome to bring beverages. To register, call Guthrie County Extension at 641-747-2276.
