Brenda Allen, age 64, 1105 West St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 3rd Degree.

Angela Katzmann, age 42, 2562 Morton Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original Charge was Violation Of Probation. 

Richard Huff, age 48, 946 12th St NE, Cedar Rapids, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms. 

Jocelyn Kovaleski, age 51, 602 Vine St, Dallas Center, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence and Open Container.

Nov. 3

Randall Porter, age 67, 3rd St, Wyoming, IL, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  

Ashlee Adams, age 36, 1312 Greene St, Adel, was arrested for Reckless Driving, Harassment, and Criminal Mischief. 

Jay Larson, Casey, was driving at 310th St and Dexfield Rd, when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Shawn Maloney, Scranton.  Mr. Maloney failed to stop at a stop sign and ran into Mr. Larson’s vehicle.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Larson’s car was estimated at $4000.  Damage to Mr. Maloney’s car was estimated at $4000.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.  Mr. Maloney was cited for Fail To Obey Stop Sign. 

Nov. 4

Chad Menz, age 42, 1420 Evelyn St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Domestic Abuse Assault.

Raina Anderung, age 41, 610 Walnut St, Minburn, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault and three counts of Child Endangerment.

Jacklynn Bradley, age 34, 1502 Cherry Creek Dr, Winterset, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  She was also cited for speeding.

 Tamara Tolefree, age 43, 315 2nd Ave, Van Meter, was arrested for Driving While Barred.  

Andrew Gross, West Des Moines, was stopped at the intersection of Old Highway 6 and L Ave, when he pulled into the intersection in front of a vehicle driven by Emily Piepmeier, Adel.  Ms. Piepmeier was checked on scene by Dallas Co EMS, but declined any additional assistance.  No other injuries were reported.  Damage to Ms. Piepmeier’s vehicle was estimated at $10000.  Damage to Mr. Gross’ vehicle was estimated at $10000.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.  Mr. Gross was cited for Failure To Yield Entering Highway. 

Nov. 5

Amie Shriner, age 42, 1305 E. 36th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft.  

Williow Buttler, age 18, 3077 Highway 44, Panora, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  She was also cited for Stopping On Paved Part Of Highway and Possession Of Alcohol By Person Under 21. 

Nov. 6

Tyler Kinkade, age 29, 1550 L Street, Fort Dodge, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  

Raymond Gist, age 22, 1820 Logan Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms. 

Yaneli Perez, age 30, 2665 Summer Meadows Dr, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked. 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
