Accident:

Unit 1 white 2019 Honda Pilot registered to and driven by Aida Dahiana Almonte Ciriaco, 327 Warford, Perry.

Unit 2 building owned by Anna Kaylene Landgrebe, 20815 170th St., Perry.

Unit 1 was pulling into a parking spot at the Subway restaurant in the 400 block of 1st Ave when

it accelerated up to and over the sidewalk into the building causing damage to the front windows and framing.

Total estimated damages $21000.00. No injuries were reported.

Arrest: A 14 years of age male from Perry was taken into custody and charged with theft 4th degree.

Arrest: A 13 years of age male from Perry was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.

Received a report of a theft in the 1300 block of 1st Ave. Case under investigation.

Officers responded to the 2500 block of 1st Ave on a report of a domestic. Verbal dispute only. Parties separated.

Arrest: Misty Dawn Lawson, age 43, 1913 5th St., Perry was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear, original charge theft 5th degree.

Arrest: Katherine Leta Cataldo, age 20, 306 W South St., Panora was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.

Arrest: Yaneli Perez, age 30, 2665 Summer Meadows Drive, Perry was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear, original charge driving under suspension,
