Arrest: Zeke Roger Kuehl, age 32, 721 Willliam, Perry was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault causing bodily injury 1st offense, and criminal mischief 5th degree.

Officer received a report of fraud in the 1500 block of 8th St. Information stolen to purchase a phone. Case under investigation.

Unit 1 2018 Kia van registered to Ean Holdings llc in Normal, IL driven by Lal Mal Swma, 1560 24th St., Des Moines.

Unit 1 struck a deer on Highway 141 in the 21000 block. Vehicle was able to be driven and only minor injuries were reported. Estimated damages $1000.
