The Greene County School Board will meet Monday, due to the Iowa Association of School Boards Convention next week. 

The Retiring Board will consider for approval the second reading of six board policies and canvass last Tuesday’s school board election results.

The Organizational meeting will then take place. First, there will be an oath of office for the newly elected board members, including Connie Boyd and Tim Riphagen. Then, there will be an election of board officers and the oaths of office administered to those officers. 

Next, the Board will consider for approval designating the times, dates, and locations of board meetings; and board committee assignments. The Board will then consider for approval student driver permit requests, as well as fundraiser and early graduation requests, discuss and possibly decide on early retirement and a bus purchase. Finally, the Board will consider for approval an agreement with the North Central Consortium School at Manson Northwest Webster School District.
