For the next few Sundays, the Jefferson Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring a youth basketball activity.

The 3-on-3 Boys Basketball League will be on four Sundays on November 19th and 26th, as well as December 3rd and 10th. There are two sessions, including the kindergarten through second grade from 12:30-1:30pm and third through sixth grade from 1:45-2:45pm at the Greene County Community Center in Jefferson. Teams will be decided following this Sunday’s sessions which will have competitions and games. 

The Greene County High School varsity basketball players and coaches will lead this program. The cost to participate is $10 for those boys that did the basketball camp that was held earlier, otherwise it is $30 per player. The Girls 3-on-3 Basketball League will take place in January.
