Royer, 88, of Perry, on Sunday, December 3 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Carris Funeral Home and Cremation Care in Perry; Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 4 at 12:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Perry followed by a Dedication Ceremony at Violet Hill Cemetery.
