A reminder that today is the final day of the Winter Festival Celebration of Trees in Jefferson.

Jefferson Matters Executive Director Matt Wetrich says today’s festivities are at the Jefferson Elks Lodge from 10am-4pm with 35 decorated trees on display and 34 of them are up for prizes by popular vote. There will also be hot chocolate, a scavenger hunt, other kid activities and hayrides will be from 1-4pm. Additionally, Santa will be there from 2-4pm. Everything is free and open to the public, and no registration is necessary.
