
The Perry City Council will meet Monday night.
The meeting will start with a public hearing about vacating certain streets within the city. Then the Council will consider for approval the 30th pay application and the fourth change order for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements, the final pay application for the 2020 Downtown Street and Utility Improvements, and three resolutions for development agreements with the Nudgers Group and Sheffer Enterprises and another one for Sheffer Enterprises for an Iowa Economic Development Authority grant. Additionally, the Council will consider approving a federal-aid agreement with the Iowa Department of Transportation, a resolution authorizing the signing and acceptance of the Resource Enhancement and Protect Grant, and a resolution appointing the newspapers for official publications and notices.
Finally, the Council will also consider approving a resolution to setting the times and places for city council meetings that conflict with the holidays for next year, along with an ordinance of variance to vacate a portion of a public right of way in the city.
