After a successful night of shopping, Christmas music and the lighting of the Christmas tree in downtown Adel, there are a couple of festivities left for today.

The Adel Fire Department will have the local scout Troop 152 serving breakfast with pancakes from 7-11am at the fire station, along with Santa on hand from 9-11am. There will be crafts, photos with Santa and it’s a chance to see the newest fire truck. All proceeds will go back to the scout troop and the Adel Fire Department.

Additionally, today is also the Hometown Holiday Tour from 1-3pm with four locations across the city. All four homes are decorated for the holidays and it’s a chance for people to see these homes and get inspiration to decorate their own homes. Tickets for the Hometown Holiday Tour are $5 each and can be purchased by scanning the QR Code below.
