The West Central Valley Dance team competed in the State Dance Competition last week, and brought home some hardware.

The team was able to secure the state championship for Class VII Pom, and state runner up in Class IV Hip Hop and Class I Contemporary. They also had two soloists place in the top ten for Class IV, with Ash Van Ness taking 3rd place, and Malia Fuller taking 7th. There is a pep rally in celebration of the team’s accomplishments today at 3:06pm at the high school gymnasium, that is open to the public to attend. West Central Valley Administrators invite any and all who can make it to help celebrate these achievements by the dance team.
