Arrest: Scotty Lee Hays, age 33, 1116 2nd St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension and fraudulent use of registration.

Arrest: Joshua Joseph Auten, age 41, 816 Autumn Glen Dr., Melbourne, FL was arrested on a Madison County warrant, Winterset Police Department original charge for theft 2nd degree.

December 2nd

Arrest: Carlos Ricardo Gonzales, age 48, 504 Lost Grove Lane, Harcourt, IA was taken into custody and charged with driving while barred.

Arrest: Alex Velazco, age 27, 2315 Otley, Perry was taken into custody and charged with operating while intoxicated 2nd offense.

Accident:

Unit 1 Silver 2002 Jeep Liberty registered to Arturo Joe Estrada, 1617 2nd St., Perry driven by Rena Raelle Robinson, 2937 Kading Rd, Perry.

Unit 2 Gray 2018 Mazda registered to and driven by Alex Velazco, 2315 Otley, Perry. Accident details were not available at the time of media release.

Accident:

Unit 1 white 2018 Nissan van registered to Golden Rule Plumbing and Heating, 804 NE Main St., Grimes, driven by Theodore Charles Janssen, 250 NE Dartmoore Drive, Waukee, IA.

Unit 2 blue 1998 Chevy pickup registered to Luke Wesley Craig Skalla, 2089 140th St., Bayard, IA, driven by Hunter Evan Hykes, 3364 210th St., Panora.

Unit 1 was attempting to leave the parking lot in the 500 block of 1st Ave and struck the side of unit 2 that was pulling into the parking lot. Total estimated damages $5500.

Arrest: Randoph Lee Glass, age 57, 205 Cartwright St., Rippey was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear, original charge driving under suspension.

Officers responded to the 2500 block of Perry Park Ave on a report of a domestic disturbance. Verbal dispute only. All okay
