12:07pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 200 block of Anyer Street, Dana.

6:07pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 170th Street near Q Avenue. Bret Kersey 30 of Grand Junction struck a deer with a 2008 Ford F250 causing an estimated 8,000 dollars damage.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
