
Panorama held their first home game of the season last night against Earlham Cardinals. The women Panthers finished the game with a win, final score is 72-39. Head coach Kylee Boettcher
says, “It was a complete game with more balanced scoring. We stress that any night can be your night and it will depend on matchups.” As going into the game they had a plan that they knew would’ve helped them win if able to execute, “Preparing for Earlham’s outside shooting, the girls executed the hard close outs and played the gaps.” Tuesday nights game makes the women Panthers 2-0 in the conference and 4-0 overall.
Jaidyn Sellers had a strong night as she scored 20 points, 7 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 3 steals. Tyme Boettcher scored 18. Zoey Hambleton scored 12 points. Mia Waddle had 5 rebounds, 3 steals, and 7 assists to end the night.
As for the men’s team, their final score was 56-53, losing another close game moving their record 0-2 in the conference and 2-2 overall. Next game for the Panthers will be this Friday, December 8 at West Central Valley which is also a Pink n’ Out game.
