The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.
The Board will hear an update from Jefferson City Administrator Scott Peterson and then there will be several 2025 fiscal year funding requests from Central Iowa Tourism, Elderbridge Agency on Aging, Congregate Meals and Heart of Iowa Habitat for Humanity. Additionally, the Board will consider for approval the disabled veteran homestead tax credits, and reallocating $10,000 to Greene County Development Corporation for housing Scranton to the Highway 25 Corridor Housing Initiative.
The Board will also consider approving certification of the cost allocation plan prepared by CASI for the 2025 fiscal year and a public consulting group emergency services agreement for cost analysis for ambulance services to enter the GMET program.
